Equipment principle
Plasma is a gas heated to extremely high temperatures and highly ionized, which transfers arc power to the workpiece, and the high heat makes the workpiece melt and be blown off, forming the working state of plasma arc cutting.
Product advantage
If the traditional oil press to gate process is used, the price of the oil press and the cutting die designed according to different products are very high, and the removed runner and handle need to be eliminated with more complex equipment. If the deformation of large die-casting parts is large, it is more difficult to manufacture and trim the cutting die. The traditional sawing machine cutting the feed port will also encounter the problem that the sawing track is complex and irregular and cannot be completed. Our plasma cutting technology completely avoids the problems in the above methods. Compared with laser cutting, laser cutting costs are high, and can only cut aluminum below 10MM.
